Q:  ARE YOUR PRODUCTS AUTHENTIC?

    A: Definitely. All products listed on our website are originals that we thoroughly check before listing.

    Q:  WHERE DO YOUR PRODUCTS COME FROM?

      A: One day you can be buying from us, the next you can be selling to us. In practice, we find that a lot of our make up actually comes from beauty/fashion bloggers, make up artists and the everyday beauty lover.

      Q:  WHAT IS THE CONDITION OF YOUR PRODUCTS?

        A: Each product will have its own makeup condition code stated.

        Our makeup description terminology is as follows:

                  Pretty Packaging =  Makeup Packaging Condition
                  Pristine =  In it's original condition
                  Mint =  Used however still in great condition
                  Good =  Signs of wear and tear

         

                   Yours To Love =  Makeup Fill
                  Brand New =  100% of the product
                  Swatched =  New minus a light swatch of the product
                  Loved a little =  80% - 99% full
                  Loved a lot =  60% - 79% full


        Q:  WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

          A: PRELVD accepts all major credit/debit cards, PayPal and Afterpay.

          Q:  DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

            A: Yes! For information on shipping times and cost, please view this link.

            Q:  DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

            A: At the moment we ship to Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, USA, Canada, United Kingdom and UAE.

            Q:  DO ANY FEES APPLY FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

              A: If your country has any specific import fees, this is something that you will need to make yourself aware of by contacting your local customs office.

              Q:  WHO CAN SELL TO YOU?

                A: At present, selling is an option for Australian customers only.

                Q:  WHAT IS THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF ITEMS I CAN SELL?

                  A: Send us a minimum of 15 full sized items.

                  Q:  HOW MUCH CAN I GET FOR MY ITEMS?

                    A: We want to help you declutter & make room for newly loved products. You could make $$-$$$ on the products that you no longer use or will eventually give away for free to friends and family. The quote you receive will depend on a few factors i.e. its market demand, brand, retail price, packaging condition and product fill. The final amount will be determined when we receive and assess your products and then provide you with a total quote.

                    Q:  HOW DO I SEND MY ITEMS TO YOU?

                    A: We will send you a prepaid shipping label. You will need to pack all your items in a box or package and send it to us. Please view our SELL page for more information on the process.

                    Q:  HOW DO I PACK MY SELL ITEMS?

                    A: Packing is super important. You want to take great care so that your items arrive safely. We recommend individually packaging any shatter prone items (i.e blush, powders, glass) with bubble wrap. Any more durable items (i.e lipsticks, pencils, etc) can be packed together, although make sure you take care.

                    If your parcel has any gaps inside it, make sure you stuff some light weight material inside to stop your contents moving around, i.e. newspaper, foam, bubble wrap, tissue paper etc. Remember, a silent package is a happy package.

                    Q:  WHAT IF MY ITEMS ARE BROKEN IN TRANSIT TO PRELVD?

                      A: We hope this doesn’t happen, and that’s why we ask you to be careful when packing. However, if your item is damaged during shipping, PRELVD won’t be able to buy it. If this occurs, we will take a photo of your damaged products and send it to you. At this point you can have the damaged items returned to you for the cost of shipping, or we can dispose of them for you – it’s totally your choice.

                      Q:  WHAT IF I DO NOT ACCEPT MY QUOTE?

                        A: If you do not accept your quote, we can ship the items back to you, however you will need to cover the shipping and handling fee.

                        Q:  WHAT DO YOU CONSIDER WHEN ASSESSING MY PRODUCTS?

                          A: We look at the brand and type of product. Assess the market value & demand for the item. We investigate the packaging condition and the product remaining and also consider the retail price when new and in the current condition. So quite a bit for us to consider.

                          Q:  WHAT IF MY PRODUCTS DO NOT GET ACCEPTED?

                            A: Firstly, we will tell you why we won’t accept an item. If anything, it’s kinda like John West – it’s the ones we reject that make us the best. We only accept good quality, good condition products because our customers want the best. If we don't accept your products, we can return them to you for the cost of shipping, or we can dispose of them for you – it’s totally your choice.

                            Q:  HOW DO I GET REIMBURSED?

                              A: Once you have accepted your quote, we will provide you with a payment via PayPal in 24 to 48 hours.
