DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Australia)
Once you place an order, you will receive a tracking number through your email within 72 hours (Monday through Friday).
Standard Shipping - 2 to 6 business days
As a thank you for your loyalty, if you order more than $75 then consider the cost of shipping on us. Any order below this amount will attract a flat rate of $9.
Express Shipping - 1 to 2 business days
If you order more than $75 then express post will be $3. Otherwise express shipping will be $12.
Exact time may vary but as soon as you receive your tracking number you will know exactly when your package will be with you.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We love our international customers and want to give you an awesome experience, just like our Australian crew. At the moment we ship to New Zealand, Singapore, USA, Canada, United Kingdom and the UAE. We currently do not ship to the rest of the world but are working on it.
Once your order is placed, you will receive your tracking number within 48 hours (Monday through Friday).

RETURNS
We hope you will be delighted with your PRELVD purchase.
Returns are not offered for change of mind purchases. However, if in transit your items arrive damaged or defective then you are welcome to return the item within 14 days of receipt. We will also cover the cost of your return. Fill out the Contact Us form and please include your order number and reasons for your return.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns on international items at this point.
